What movie do you put on, on a warm cozy winter night?
My go to has always been corny hallmark romance movies. My favorite holiday movie right now is The Princess Switch or Falling for Christmas. Something about a cringe Christmas romance comforts me on a winter night spent inside.
Nancy Anagnostos Senior at Wayne Hills High School said, “Home Alone is my favorite movie to watch on a night in because it reminds me of my childhood. I used to watch it all the time with my brother when we were younger.”
Another Senior at Wayne Hills High School, Leah Charyak said, “Christmas Chronicles is my favorite movie because it puts me in a good mood and also gets me into the Christmas spirit.”
Two students, Laila Alsouqi and Amanda Carriere, said Elf is their favorite movie because they always get a good laugh out of it.
What makes a good movie is the theme throughout the story that keeps you guessing what happens next whether that’s romantically or comically.
Personally a good love story during the Christmas season gets me going through the rough weather and seasonal depression that comes along these months.
