Have No Fear, SAT Tips are Here

By Carly Polay

When the average high school student hears the word “SAT”, everyone wants to cry. Immediate panic and stress surfaces causing every student to freak out. How does one study for a test that basically determines your future? Have no fear because SAT help from seniors is here!

“I wish I knew to take my time. It’s really important to take the test step by step and carefully choose an answer. Sometimes I found myself quickly skimming the readings and choosing not the best answer, if only I knew to slow it down,” said senior Karl Reidel.

“I went to a great tutor! She taught me how to make my essay better. People should definitely write at least 5 paragraphs because 3 is a little too short. As long as you study and be confident, you should be fine,”said senior Chelsea Cohen.

“Studying vocabulary can really bring up your easy points. The part for vocab goes from easy to hard so you can omit the harder questions,” says senior Carlie Pressler.

Any little thing can help with this slightly terrifying test. Relax, study, and get some sleep because before you know it you’ll be going to college!
