Gyulchehra Bobokulova, 38, from Uzbekistan carried the severed head of Anastasia Meshcheryakova into a Moscow metro station and was arrested for killing her. Moscow police believe she killed the 3 or 4 year old child when she was babysitting.

According to preliminary information, the woman waited until the Anastasia’s parents left the apartment, killed her, and then set the apartment on fire. Investigators do not know what the motive for killing was and are continuing further investigation.

A video shows her saying, “I hate democracy. I am a terrorist. I want you dead. You have become so hardened, you have eliminated so many of us. Look I am a suicide bomber, I will die, doomsday will come in a second” as she was walking outside the metro station.

She pulled the severed head out of a bag and walked near the metro station entrance in north-west Moscow. Police are not calling the case terror-related yet and the woman is ordered to undergo a psychological evaluation. When asked how she felt regarding the situation, Sarah Eshak said, “You hear stories like this all the time and it’s beyond my imagination. I think that woman is sick and I feel so bad for Anastasia and her family.”
