This is WHHS 5th year of Week of Respect activities begins today. Throughout the week, there will be certain activities going on at school to show our pride for making the school a bully free environment.

Some things that will be going on during the week include: themed music playing through the hallways, wearing blue to celebrate “World Day of Bullying”, and wearing athletic or plain old WHHS attire on Friday to represent that at WHHS we are one, a family.

The goal of this year’s respect week is to try to get it growing throughout the entire population of the school and to try to get more students to embrace respect and spread positivity throughout Wayne.

“This should not just be a week type of event, respect should occur school wide everyday.”, says Week of Respect coordinator Donna King, the Student Assistance Counselor.
