Coming this Friday the WHHS Patriots go up against the Paramus Spartans in football. Paramus is currently 3-3 while the Patriots are 5-2. the last game The Spartans played were the Ridgewood maroons which resulted in a loss for Ridgewood and the patriots played against the Teaneck highwaymen which was a victory for the Patriots. To the Patriots, Paramus should be a breeze.

But right no the Patriots are worried about the tougher teams that will be faced in the future like valley. The Patriots are also worried about are the teams in the playoffs. The playoff teams are the hardest teams to compete against. Football captain Tom Skiba said “Instead of focusing on the next two teams we need to focus on ourselves so we can be better than the other teams in the playoffs.” The Patriots are only focused on one thing right now, and that is winning. Because right now winning is everything to the Patriots. The game is on Friday October 23rd at 7 pm at Paramus high school. Don’t miss for the Patriots and the Spartans will be giving one of the most exciting games this season.
