Chart topping John Legend and wife Chrissy Teigan are pregnant!

The singer, 36, and Sports Illustrated model, 29 have announced in the past that they were having trouble getting pregnant for at least the past five years. Last Monday night, though Teigan posted on her Instagram a photo of her husband and her, belly up, captioning the photo, “John and I are so happy to announce that we are pregnant 🙂 As many of you know, we’ve been trying to have a baby for a while now. It hasn’t been easy, but we kept trying because we can’t wait to bring our first child into the world and grow our family. We’re so excited that it’s finally happening. Thank you for all your love and well wishes. I look forward to all the belly touching! Xx”

Fans are ecstatic, including freshman Teresa Lange who stated, “I love John’s music and am truly happy for them, can’t wait to see the little guy!”

The couple married in 2013 and since then, have constantly been getting asked when they’re going to start a family. Back in May Teigan said “I picture us with three or four [children].”

Just hours after the big announcement, Teigan tweeted, “I am so excited I could barf 4-5 times a day,” not losing her witty touch.
