New Jersey native and indie pop/alternative singer, Halsey, is kicking off her first ever headline tour, Badlands. With her first show on September 30th in San Diego, fans were blown away. Those all over the world who have yet to “enter” the Badlands are anticipating a night they’ll never forget.

Junior Taylor Lloyd, who plans to attend, said, “I’m so excited to finally see her live! I can’t wait to hear “Roman Holiday.”  

Born Ashley Frangipane, the 21 year-old’s career began when she was just 17 years old writing songs and posting covers on her YouTube channel. By 2014, the star signed her first recording contract with Astralwerks and came out with her first EP titled Room 93 the same year featuring the two hit singles “Ghost” and “Hurricane.”

As for the tour, Halsey’s set list is said to contain songs both from her EP and two month old album also titled Badlands. The North American leg of the tour, also known as Installment One, is running from September to mid-November, including two back-to-back shows at Webster Hall in New York City later this month. Installment Two is set to go nearly everywhere else, including the United Kingdom, Japan, and Australia from the end of December to March.
