Evidence Njoku is a new student here at Wayne Hills High School. Evidence is from the town Cedar Grove, where he has been playing football since the age of five. Despite being new to Hills, Njoku is quite well-known at Hills due to his association with the football team.

Njoku plays the position of wide receiver, his stats so far of the 2016 season are 8 touchdowns and 304 yards. Njoku’s highlights so far were during the Millburn, Passaic Valley, and Pahokee games. At the Hills vs. Millburn game, Njoku has three catches and a total of 77 receiving yards-his best game yet.

The team was extremely welcoming to him when he came in the summer and made friends easily.  “Evidence is great I’m so happy he came to Hills this season, he brought a lot to the team and I see him as a brother”, says Junior Jason Modak.

Njoku plans on continuing with his football career after he graduates in June by playing football at Miami University next fall. He hopes that after that he can go into the NFL. “My dream is to play football in the NFL and I hope for a happy and healthy career. I just really love the game,” says Njoku after he was asked if he plans on continuing football after college.
