It has been reported on September 21st that FCC is complaining about Miley Cyrus’s VMA encounter. Many people were complaining about her performance on the VMAs and her slip up during the show. “Miley’s encounter was inappropriate and disturbed many viewers” said senior Lexi Garcia. Exposing one of her body parts, Miley did not seem to be too sorry for publically showing it. “ She’s very troubled, and should be punished for these incidents” said one of the viewers on FCC.

Miley’s outbreak has started ever since the 2013 MTV music awards performance when she first embarrassed herself.  Viewers have sent out many complaints to both MTV and the VMAs because of her inappropriate performances. They are trying to put a stop to these types of performances and trying to punish miley for doing them. But who knows if that will happen. Stay tuned to find out more about Miley’s encounters.
