Ben Simmons out for Months due to Injuries

NBA star Ben Simmons has a fracture in his right foot, and was told that surgery is the only option to fix the severe injury that he has.
Benjamin Simmons is an Australian professional basketball player for the Philadelphia 76ers of the National Basketball Association. Ben Simmons was born on July 20, 1996 in Melbourne Australia. The basketball star is 6’10 and 238lbs. His current salary at the age of 20 is an astonishing 5.903 million dollars per year.
Simmons early life was lived in Melbourne Australia, until sophomore year of high school when he moved to Montverde Florida, where he immediately started playing for Montverde Academy basketball team.
Simmons has had problems with his right foot in the past. Simmons was injured Friday during the final training camp scrimmage at Stockton University in New Jersey. “The 76ers are going to be terrible now that the amazing rookie Simmons is out” said WHHS boys basketball coach Grimes. The Sixers said Simmons rolled an ankle; X-rays and an MRI revealed a fractured fifth metatarsal bone. Simmons had his surgery on Tuesday which was very successful. Simmons is not getting anxious, he is taking his time to recover…“There was a lot of talk,” Simmons said before the team’s opener against Oklahoma City. “Somebody put that out there, but I’ll come back when I’m ready.”
Simmons was told he is going to make full recovery and will be back up and playing for his team within two months, around early January of 2017.
