Two Virginia Tech Students Murder 13 Year Old Girl
February 11, 2016
Two Virginia Tech students are being charged with the murder of thirteen year old, Nicole Madison Lowell. Lowell’s body was found on January 31, 2016, four days after her disappearance when she climbed out of her bedroom window Wednesday night. David Eisenhauer, eighteen year old engineering major and track star at Virginia Tech University, is charged with kidnapping and the first-degree murder of Lowell. Natalie Keepers, nineteen years old, was charged with improper disposal of a body and accessory to murder. While evidence links Eisenhauer to knowing and speaking to Lowell before her disappearance through the online messaging program “kik”, but a motive behind her death is still under investigation.
“This story is truly heartbreaking” says junior Troy Melendez. “My heart goes out to her family after this shocking tragedy.” The investigation of this vicious crime is far from over, but it is apparent that the primary cause of death was stabbing.

This article truly is heartbreaking. Why would students go out and murder an innocent child? It is hard to an average kid go out and be charged with first-degree murder. Especially since the ones accused are close to Lowell’s age. Everyone in this article is young. It sucks to see students like us be involved in violence and crime already. My prayers go out to Lowell and her family. I wish them the best.
