Coldplay Takes On Super 50 Halftime Show

Super Bowl 50 is just around the corner and even though we don’t know who is actually playing on the field, we do know who is performing during the Halftime Show. The British band, Coldplay, will be taking the stage at the Super 50. Many of you many know them from their popular hit, “Sky full of stars.” This is the first time the band will performing at the NFL game. And, the timing couldn’t be more than perfect for them.

With a new album coming out and then a tour following, the band is so excited to be performing. A reporter from Wallstreet Journal cited sources who said Bruno Mars, who had performed during the Halftime Show before, will be part of the show. Coldplay has reached out and is trying to acquire his services again. Beyonce, who collaborated with them on their new album, has reportedly in talk about joining the show. Beyonce is also a guest on the band’s new album.

As Coldplay continues to prepare for this huge performance, it will be up to the viewers to see if they perform as well as prior performers.
