Wayne Hills Installs TV Screens Throughout Halls

By Alison Har and Nedeen Khashashina

In case you didn’t notice, there are flat screen TVs in virtually all of the hallways here at Wayne Hills.

The administration hopes that the TVs will be working by the end of the school year.  These screens will be used for school announcements of events, clubs, showcasing student work, and will provide guidance for block scheduling which will start next year.

There are around seven TV screens at various locations in the school with many more to follow.

“The TV screens are aimed towards being primarily for block scheduling and announcements like club meetings or sporting events,” said Principal Michael Rewick.  “These programs will loop a lot, and we are looking to May or June for them to start working,” he adds.

“I am looking forward to the installment of these TV screens. I think this will be exciting for the school as this will be a new change,” says Junior Alex Vallarta.
