March 27, 2019
The Jonas Brothers announced on February 28 that the band is getting back together after ten years of being apart. At midnight that night, they released their comeback song “Sucker” and fans all around the world are loving it.
The Jonas Brothers, a boy band consisting of brothers Kevin, Nick, and Joe Jonas, are known for their hit songs and sold out concerts. Formed in 2005, they started out on Disney Channel and worked their way up. Their Disney shows helped fans see the acting side of the brothers. “Jonas L.A” was the summer edition to their original show “Jonas.”
The band split up in October 2013 due to creative differences. Joe and Nick both went on to pursue solo careers while Kevin got married and stayed in New Jersey to raise his two daughters with wife Danielle.
“We started spending a lot of time together and we all kind of felt that there was a magic and there is magic when we’re together that we missed. We’re on cloud nine at the moment,” said Nick Jonas.
“It’s a year we’ve been talking about it but we decided to get back together six months ago,” Joe explained.
The boys are happy to be back and reliving their past. They have had a huge impact on the childhood of teens today.
They appeared on the James Corden Show all of last week and participated in his famous segment, “Carpool Karaoke.” The karaoke session featured many of their hit songs including “Burning Up,” “S.O.S,” “Lovebug” and many more.
Their new song “Sucker” is currently number one on the Billboard Hot 100 list.
