The Golden State Warriors now look to dominate the NBA. Ever since the return of Demarcus Cousins, they are now the new powerhouse of the West. They now take the number one spot in the West and now look to go after another championship. It looks like that the Warriors are not going down without a fight and won’t be giving up the No. 1 spot anytime soon.

The return of Demarcus Cousins marks the strength of the Warriors as they now appear to start 5 All-Stars. Demarcus Cousins came out of a Achilles tendon injury and now looks to stay healthy to win more games and to stay on top of the league with the rest of the team. Last year, there was hate when he left the Pelicans to join the Warriors due to some ideas of being desperate to win a ring. However, he proves all of them wrong by showing his passion and love for the team he plays for and for the teammates he has with him. Yes, there is the idea of winning a ring, but there is also love of the game and organization. Feeling confident about his arrival, a few people had positive takes on his return.

“Things should only get better from here,” Curry said as the Warriors look to stay on top of the West.

Said Kerr of Cousins’ teammates: “They all love him. He’s a really good teammate. He’s an emotional guy, but he’s loved.”

Even Doc Rivers had something to say about his return to the team. “He’s going to help them,” Clippers Coach Doc Rivers said forlornly. “He does so many things.”

Billy Busacca, a Knicks fan, had a positive take on Cousins. “Boogie is gonna go off on everyone. There is no way that a team will win against this super team.”

Even though there are other teams that are capable of dealing with the Warriors and Cousins, it may appear that their season is just getting started. The lineup and roster for the Warriors appears to be deadly for everyone in the league as they look to take it by storm. The Warriors are going to have fun this season.
