After a successful 18-7-3 inaugural season for the Wayne Knights, they look to continue success in the 2018-2019 season. The defending Passaic County Champions are made up of students from both Wayne Hills and Wayne Valley.

The Knights have some key returners that include Captain Jared Cohen who was a first team all Passaic County player last year as well as second team all state. Alongside Cohen is fellow captains Chris Taranto who was first team all county and Eric Kruglyak who was second team all county.

The team open up Saturday November 24th against Indian Hills. The boys are buzzin’ and senior leader Jared Cohen said this when asked about his excitement and expectations for the season, “I’m really excited to defend the Passaic County Crown and make another deep run at states with some of or core from last year”.

Coach Joe Belger will look to help lead a relatively young squad into a deep playoff run. The Knights graduated eleven seniors last year but have a good core returning from last years squad.
