Will the Giants Improve with Evan Engrams’ Return?
October 25, 2018
The New York Giants have been struggling lately within their season. With the team going 1-5, they are struggling to score and win any games at all! The offense has been an important part of the Giants scoring, yet they seem to be lacking. Although their dynamic tight end, Evan Engrams, says that he will return in hope to spark up the offense on Monday’s game against the Atlanta Falcons. This is exciting news for Giants fans nationwide!
Evan Engrams has been out from the last three games due to a knee injury. Still, he practices with the team to improve and feel better. He hopes that he can return on Monday’s game to light up the offense a bit. Along with Odell Beckham Jr. and Saquon Barkley helping out Eli Manning, he wants to contribute to the offense as well.
The loss to the Philadelphia Eagles was tough for the Giants, as said so by Engram himself. “Thursday night was tough.” After the tough loss against the Superbowl champions, Engrams is determined to find a win for the Giants and spark up the entire offense. “‘I’m just gonna try to come back and be a spark for the offense, for the team, definitely. So it should be good. I’m excited. Going back home, too.” The tight end wants to show that he can still do something for the team after coming off an injury.
“I’m really looking forward to his return. I’m just mad that the Giants aren’t doing a good job this year, hopefully, that changes when Engrams comes back,” said Zack Levit who is a big-time GiantsĀ fan.
The Giants are a struggling team looking for a spark. Engrams appear that he might be the answer to the Giants’ problems. Can the team pull off a win against the Falcons or will they still continue to struggle on the field?
