Wayne Hills Soccer Update

The Wayne Hills  Boys and Girls Varsity Soccer teams are doing very well and getting better every week.

The Boys Soccer team, coached by Nelson Graham, sits at a 7-1-1 record. They only loss was to Rampo in the season opener and they tied Lakeland. Since then, the boys soccer team has been on a 7 week winning streak. The team is undefeated at home with a record of 4-0. In away games they are 3-1. The team is top 3 in the NJ North 1 Division.

When asking Boys Varsity soccer player Drew Siwicki about the team’s wins he said “Its a pretty good feeling, it’s well deserved.”

The girls Soccer team, coached by Rehberger, are 4-3-1 and in the league they are 1-1. The team is fourth in the Tri-County A division.

Brooke Alexander, Midfielder for the Girls Varsity Soccer team, says “The team is doing well, trying different formations to score more, and working well getting to know each better.”

Both teams will look to make deep runs into their upcoming playoffs.
