Future Hall of Famer Jason Kidd has been fired as Head Coach of the Milwaukee Bucks.

Many were shocked and surprised about the decision. Bucks homegrown superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo was extremely disappointed and even tried to help Kidd get his job back. Giannis was the first one to inform Kidd of his departure and he did not support the situation.

The day Kidd was fired, the Milwaukee Bucks managed to win their first game with him not as the head coach in 4 years.

Jason Kidd was the man who gave Giannis the keys to leading the offense, and the Greek Freak really appreciated him for that. Antetokounmpo practically grew up in the NBA under Kidd, almost like having another father after Giannis’s dad died before the 2017-2018 NBA season.

Avid NBA fan Carlos Cespedes commented on the Kidd departure, saying, “Kidd is a future Hall-Of-Famer and it is a shame to see someone of his caliber get released by a small market team. “

Kidd is notably one of the greatest Point Guards of all-time, and it’s very upsetting to see such a highly touted player and coach leave a future superstar in Giannis.

Mark Jackson, David Fizdale, and Jeff Van Gundy are three coaches that would be a solid replacement for Kidd.
